Located along a revitalized waterfront, the project enhances the public realm with pedestrian-friendly areas, tree-lined walkways, and an open ground floor dedicated to parking. The landscaped rooftop fosters biodiversity and offers a recreational space, reinforcing the connection between architecture and nature while contributing to the area's urban renewal.
